All four fish may have some yellow on them but only the jacks have teeth. |

Jacks have a larger mouth with teeth and a black spot on the gill cover, plus a bony tail. The difference may seem obvious when side by side, but if you have only one fish and it has teeth, you don't have anything in the pompano family. |
